By accessing or using NeuroCMA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NeuroCMA provides AI-powered Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) tools for real estate professionals. The Service includes property search, comp selection, report generation, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Credits are required to generate CMA reports. Credits may be earned by contributing MLS data, purchased individually, or obtained through a subscription. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Subscription credits expire 90 days after cancellation.
By uploading MLS transaction data, you represent that you have the right to share that data and grant NeuroCMA a license to use it to power the Service for all users in your market area. Do not upload data you are not authorized to share.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CMA reports are generated for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional appraisals or legal advice. Always verify data independently before relying on it.
NeuroCMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
