We collect information you provide directly, including your name and email address when you create an account. We also collect MLS transaction data you upload, CMA reports you generate, and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g., payment receipts), power the AI search engine with contributed MLS data, and communicate updates about the Service.
Property transaction data you upload is used to power search results for all users in your market area. Individual upload records are attributed to your account for credit purposes but are not publicly disclosed.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (authentication, payments via Stripe, cloud infrastructure) and as required by law.
Account authentication is handled by Microsoft (Azure AD B2C). We do not store your password. Please review Microsoft's privacy policy for details on how they handle your credentials.
We retain your account data and generated reports as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use cookies and local storage for session management, authentication state, and user preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
